We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work to make it right.

By submitting photos, you grant Factory Boyzz permission to use, reproduce, and display that content for product creation, marketing, and promotional purposes. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any content submitted.

Factory Boyzz is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products or website. All products are provided as is without warranties of any kind.
